The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet etc, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. 

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Our system AUTOMATICALLY sends out an order confirmation once an order is placed. If you completed your order but did not receive a confirmation, it is very likely that our email either landed in your junk/clutter folder or was rejected by your server.

If you can’t find our email in your junk, contact us with an alternate email address and we will resend your confirmation.

You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received which will include your order details and shipping information.  

You will also receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order ships that will include tracking numbers with links for quick and easy tracking!

We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal for your convenience. We do not accept cash, checks or COD.

A wish list allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

In case of a damaged item, please send a photograph that clearly depicts the damage.
In case of an incorrect delivery, please also add a photograph of the barcode and the label on the item.
We will get back to you as soon as we have verified the matter.
Should the error be attributed to us, then we can offer you either a returns label or a free return of the incorrect item(s);

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

If you receive a message indicating that tracking information is unavailable for your parcel, it doesn’t mean that your package hasn’t been mailed. It may mean that:

There has been a delay between when your parcel was scanned and the availability of tracking information online. Please check again later.
Tracking information isn’t available yet. This may be the case in rural locations, or when information is provided by foreign postal administrations. Please check again later.
